Hey there! I'm Evangela, or more commonly known as Gel. This is a site where I'll put up anything music related, like transcriptions of songs or even my original songs. Please feel free to use the scores for your personal use (not commercial).

I.e. If you have a recorder exam coming up for music class and you're looking for something to impress your teacher with, feel free to use the scores. If your teacher asked you how you managed to play that well, tell your teacher that you did it with your hardwork as well as the scores from me =) I would be delighted to know if my transcription helped you.

I am doing this during whatever little free time that I have, so while I do welcome suggestions for transcriptions, I hope you do not see it as an obligation for me to help you to transcribe anything.

How did this blog start?
I've always had this site for some time but I've never taken any time to update it. Glad I kept its name for some time. I bought an ukelele and a recorder recently (at the point in time when I wrote this), so I was all eager to try out my new instruments. As I was trying them out, I started playing random songs and I was wondering, why not use this site to put up the songs so that other people can have easy access to the scores of the songs.

How did the name come about?
Inspired by Ilyasviel (a character in Fate/Stay Night series), Ariasviel is a term derived from "arias" and "viel". Arias, literally meaning "air" in Italian, was known to be a piece of expressive melody in the earlier years and in the later years, it was used to describe solo voice works. Viel means "many" or "much" in German. Personally, Ariasviel resonates to me as many pieces of expressive melody.
